Apple Brandy Highball recipe

2 oz apple brandy
carbonated water
1 twist lemon peel

Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add a twist of lemon peel on top and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred)
